The Tropolitan published a report in this week's edition about the overall student population. Systemwide, there were 29,580 students enrolled in the fall of 2007. This number includes all students on each of the campuses, as well as all students enrolled via distance learning. The Troy main campus reported enrollment for fall 2007 as 6,166. Of those 6,166 students, 2,016 were new undergraduate students - a 5% increase from 2006.

The numbers seem to be going up every year, both system wide and on the main campus.

6,166 in the fall of 2007?
That's disappointing...the link below says there were 6,195 students enrolled in the fall of 2002.

We are growing. We have over 29,000 students - an all time high. Also, the link that you posted from 2002 doesn't point out that at that time, the Phenix City campus enrollment was included with that of the main campus.

Oh, thanks for clarifying. I went to the admin building today asking about the current enrollment this spring and got no answers. Does anyone know where I can access this information?
