Our guys need to be in Kentucky talking to this guy instead of being in Cali talking to JUCOs.

That footage looks like it was shot from a blimp. Man what an arm. He can chunk it downfield. Actually some of those receivers look pretty good as well. I am with you I would hope we are talking to this kid. I am all for getting a JUCO guy, however it would be nice to have a stud come in that you could build an offense around for more than two years. I still dont see how someone can have that many TD's in a season! Damn!

He is on Troy's list ... (Tony Franklin scouted him last weekend) ... Kentucky and Louisville know about Robinson; but they aren't interested and didn't offer him. I wonder why...

I got this from the reporter who wrote about Franklin and Todd in Kentucky:

The QB I think you are talking about is Corey Robinson from Lone Oak High School in Paducah. He set the national record for TD passes in a single season with, I believe, 91. I know he had 90 entering the state championship game against Lexington Catholic, but he only threw one TD pass in a 49-7 loss. Wasn't a good showing for him in that game, but he did lead Lone Oak to 14 consecutive wins before the state finals.

Good QBs make it look effortless. Maybe he is just that good.

Yeah I know, a 35 - 7 loss was not a good showing.

that his teams' competition wasn't good but he beat two very good teams in state tournament in N Bullit and Warren East. Lexington Catholic is the team that beat him and they have a really good team and Winston Guy who was committed to Ark and now UK. Evidently his line was getting blown up on every play. The impressive thing to me was with 5700 yds and somewhere near 600 passes (75% completion), he only threw 4 interceptions. He was not a quarterback until midway in high school.

He could go to Hawaii and finish third in the Heisman.

I'd like to see what he could do with a halfway decent offensive line. Those guys were horrible and he was making almost all of those throws under pressure.
