I received this email today. Could potentially be a season of discounts!

Trojan Fans~

A big congratulations goes out to the Trojans for a victory over Oklahoma State University!!! When the Trojans win, so do you! The Barnes and Noble University Bookstore is participating in the Monday Morning Money Back Program. When we win, you receive a discount for the amount of points that we win by. For example, this past Friday night the Trojans won 41-23; so Monday (today) we are offering an 18% discount on all TROY merchandise. This discount can not be used for textbooks or with any other discounts. Please come by the Barnes and Noble University Bookstore TODAY to receive your Monday Morning Money Back Discount!

I received that email earlier today as well. I stopped by on my lunch break and bought a nice new, hooded sweatshirt.

Is this for alumni as well as students? Heck, if we win big time against someone, it could be worth the 2 hour drive. Of course they would be sold out of good stuff by the time I got there.

I'd imagine anybody could get in on it. Even NON-alumni if they see fit.

Because the way things are looking in the the conference I figured that would be the Trojans best bet for 70 to 80 point victory.

What would happen if Troy had a freakish offensive explosion and won by 100? Would they close the bookstore on Monday to prevent giving stuff away?

The Book Store is fixing games from here on out. They are paying off Omar to throw the games. Its a scam.... You heard it here first.

That would be awesome! My guess is they have a cap on the discount.

After talking with Sohail, there is a CAP on the discount. It doesn't matter if it's a home game or an away game, all that matters is the WIN! When we win B&N bookstore will give a discount percentage equal to the number of points we win by....Capped at 25% and only the Monday morning following each win. Hope this helps. Btw, for those around town, they offer a 10% discount on Thursdays if you are wearing any Troy Merchandise.
