After the stupid calls this week by the SEC Refs, I think we should all e-mail Bobby Gaston. He is the "Coordinator of Officiating of football"
His e-mail address is - bgaston@sec.org
So everyone please send him an e-mail and let him no how bad of a job the refs did. The team is filing a complaint as well as they have gotten the tapes from two angles on the play and are sending those in. We also need to make a complaint.
Also, for all of you who want too complaint about UPN and how bad of a job they did with the game, e-mail here: aoswalt@wabm68.com
We need too let thos people know of our disatisfaction of the game.

Do not e-mail UPN. They are not responsible for the content or the quality of the production. The game was produced by ESPN+, a subsidiary of ESPN. UPN simply bought the rights to air the broadcast. Don't pi$$ those folks off. They are friends of Troy University. I'm sure they don't make a lot of money off of the broadcasts, and I would hate to give them reason to ditch us.

There was nothing wrong with the Production, it was great, it was UPN screwing up on their commercials which caused us too just about every play after we went too commercial, that critical 4th down play was one of them. They were also not going too commerical when ESPN was, causing us too just sit there and view the picture everyone comes back too.
That i am sure was the problem of UPN. I have worked with this group from ESPN and the UPN side and I know for sure it was a screw up on the master control operator for UPN.

Are we really doing this? Any idea what we are expecting out of it other than never having those refs again (LSU)?
We somehow need to get word to ESPN or whoever so they can jump on the story.

I e-mailed Mr. Gaston and encourage others too as well. I was at the game and watched the playback Sunday on CSS. There were several calls that went against us at crucial times that could have very well changed the outcome of this game. Even the SC announcers on CSS admitted that there were some bad calls against us.
that UPN Birmingham did have problems on their end. They were late getting into commercial breaks and late coming out of them. They put in more commercials than they had time for. I have the Birmingham channels on satellite, that's how I know by the way.
Also, all of the promos they were running were old, so they were having problems. There is no excuse for coming back to the game late.

WTVY seemed to do pretty good with it. My beef was with the hometown announcers - As far as UPN, WTVY or ESPN, I am just glad to be able to watch 8 games this year (although I will be at all the home games)! When was the last time you could say that.
