CF you beat me to it. Another example of the talent we are bringing in at least for visits.

Class 6A Back of the Year: Hoover senior wide receiver Cornelius Williams set a school record with 77 receptions this season for the Bucs (14-1) good for 1,299 yards and 18 TDs and helped Hoover win the 6A crown for the fourth year in a row.

Seems like advantage TMTDM. Heck, he doesn't even need the new play book.

Question, how can the state's (Alabama's not Wyoming's) 6A Back of the Year ONLY be rated as a "2-star".

Remember, Osi and Demarcus were ZERO-star recruits when we signed them.

He is incredibly underrated. I just watched his scouting videos an hour ago and there is no way he should be 2 star. Oh well. Just because he is a 2 star doesn't mean he will play like a 2 star in college.

Hoover's Williams considering choices:

Hoover receiver Cornelius Williams said he's trying to decide between offers from UAB, Troy, Louisiana-Monroe, Southern Miss and Middle Tennessee State.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound Class 6A Back of the Year caught 77 passes for 1,299 yards and 18 touchdowns this season. His 77 receptions set a school record.

Williams visited UAB Dec. 10 and has visits scheduled at Lousiana-Monroe Jan. 13 and Troy Jan. 20.

"I enjoyed myself at UAB," Williams said. "I already knew a lot about it, but I also learned a few more things inside the program. I'm going to go where I feel most comfortable and at home."

how this kid can be the 6A player of the year and be rated as a two-star?
