Game 2 is looking pretty easy at this point.

End of 3, Troy leads 10-0, left the bases loaded.

Even with a blow out win our RPI will drop.... A&M
Has the 5th worst RPI in baseball.

Well, the 2 games against Alabama A&M cost us 19 spots in the RPI, despite dominating wins.

On the flip side, they were easy wins, that add the W's to the win column, which at the end of the season, helps when teams are being selected for Regionals.

The major concerns coming out of these two games are the injuries to Starling and Santos. I believe Starling goes for an MRI today.

What happened? Hope they are Ok, we sure don't need injuries to these two going into the home stretch.

Hemi, can you share any info on the injuries to Will and Trae? I know Will only pitched the one inning in Bowling Green and threw some this week but was not sure how he was hurt? Also, please advise an update on Santos when you hear any new information.

Go TROY!

From what I read on twitter last night as the game was ongoing, Santos injured himself sliding into second base last night. Not sure what the injury is that he sustained.

Unconfirmed until the MRI results, but I think Starling might be Tommy John and Santos might be hamstring.

Didn't we have a pitcher a couple of seasons ago go through Tommy Johns surgery?

I believe Sorce had Tommy John surgery.
