Feel free to add your own. I have three.

1. Troy almost always wins at home. With the exception of the UAB game earlier this year, I can't remember the last time we lost at home. I know we only have two losses at the Gallery.
2. If Troy is playing a big game within the week, we always win. Look at Marshall, Missouri, and this season, North Texas. The Marshall and Missouri games were big b/c it was the first time that big schools had come to Troy. The North Texas game was big b/c it was the first conference game, and they had the huge streak going. This game is big b/c we need to win to get any chance of winning the conference back.
3. Blackout night. The players and fans are going to be hyped up with the black uniforms and honoring Al. Add to it the fact that were playing FIU, who is 0-4, and the outcome tonight is a Troy victory.

CM isn't starting.

That is my only reason.

And wasn't the Marshall game on a Saturday right before Talladega if I recall correctly.

I thought we only had 1 loss at "The Gallery". The one prior to UA'B's was Utah State before it became The Gallery? Anyway I feel good about all the points brought up about the game.

I am pretty sure you are right kiwan. I've only witnessed one loss since the new stadium was completed, and that was UAB. The only home game I have missed since then (before tonight) was the Cal-Poly game, which we won.

That is correct. The last home loss before the UAB game was the Utah State game- some work had already begun on the stadium- but was nowhere near complete. A miserable day with terrible field conditions.

But one hell of a cool picture of "Skip" covered in mud! I still have a copy of it on my home computer.

Yeah it was cold and wet that game. That mud on Skip was beautiful!
