Enterprise athletic director Kevin Collins called Clark Quisenberry one of the most tenacious players he’s ever coached.

Quisenberry, a rising senior football player for the Wildcats, will take that tenacity to Troy. He gave the Trojans a verbal commitment for the 2013 signing class. He earned honorable mention all-state honors as a tight end last year, but the 6-foot-3, 200-pound Quisenberry is being recruited by the Trojans as an inside receiver.

“They are getting, probably in my career, one of the most tenacious players I’ve ever coached,” said Collins, who was the school’s head football coach until after last season. “He practices that way and he'll hit you. He’s just got that type of mentality. He’s not really that way off the field, but once he gets between the lines, he can flip that switch. Other teams can see it. When he’s out there, they know who he is and what kind of player they're facing.”
