I just got off the phone with Coach Felix. He said that the trip to the Bahamas was great and that the Atlantis Resort where the team stayed was incredible.

Felix said that the team got in a lot of scrimmages and that this should benefit the seven new players that have joined the squad this season. The University of North Carolina's basketball team was down there as well.

On another note, Felix said that the Sunbelt is going to be a much harder conference than the A-Sun, but they'll be as ready as they can. He said that UNO, for the time being, has relocated to a Division III school in Tyler, Texas, and it's unclear at this point where UNO will be playing their home games this season.

I'm hearing good things about this year's basketball. And Coach Meastri recently told me that he's never had a Troy team that gets along as well as this one has so far. That's music to my ears!

Of course, Don is very worried about moving into the Sun Belt and said he and the other coaches don't know what to expect because they've never played a Sun Belt team. Isn't that wild?

Anyone else hearing anything about the team?
