The AQ conferences are getting to be a farm system for the NFL IMO. Thankfully, we will never be that.

I have always felt that we (NCAA) need a rule that if a pro team drafts a player before he/she graduates or before they finish their 4th year of study providing they didn't graduate early, they must pay back that university the monies spent on said player for their time at that institution.

Money contributed to college football's growth -- better equipment, better facilities, better coaches, technological advances, better games and better fan experiences. Yes, major college football is big business and super conferences will soon dominate the sport even more, leading perhaps to its own governing body. Without money, the sport we know and love today would be little more than a club activity played and coached by volunteers and viewed by a handful -- rather like a UAB game.
