The article might not give us any respect but a big mistake for uneducated sports fans is to compare scores from other games. They also apparently still don't respect our defense. LSU will find out about DeMarcus Ware & Co. come Saturday night.

I'm sure Demarcus will be happy to introduce himself to Jamarcus.

You are absolutely correct, '98. Missouri rolled over Arkansas State and Arkansas State beat us, so does that mean we should change the "W" on our schedule to an "L"?
Our defense will matchup well with their offense. Their offense will probably not make the top 3 in offenses we play this season. They might not score 22 points (much less beat us by that many), unless our players have completely lost their pride. If we can somehow not go 3 and out every series, we hopefully will keep them below 50 or whatever astronomical figure they are expecting to score.
LSU fans, don't bet too heavy on this one.
Our guys are on the ropes. I can't wait to see if they jump back into the fight or just fall to the floor...

The guy didn't research his topic too well. Fisrt, he doesn't know how many students we have on campus. Then, he has an old helmet on the site. His slam of the City of Troy is pure ignorance. He doesn't live here. he judges our city by a drive through? Crap. I hope we scare the fool out of his LSU team (which is not a very good team this year).

I think he was talking about LSU beating Arkansas State, not Missouri, unless he got his dates completely wrong.

They beat them 52-20.
I don't see where the common opponent argument comes into play anymore, do you?
The Trojan football team has become a box of chocolates. Be careful what you bite into because you are never sure of what you are getting.
