Did I dream this or what? I thought as a Trojan Club member we got a media guide. Does anyone know the answer to my $10.00 dilema?

I was going to ask if anyone had gotten theirs yet (I haven't either) but you beat me to it. I have seen on the Troy athletics web site that they are offered. Maybe Lord-Mustang knows some thing....

The media guides had yet to be completed by media day. The media were given electronic copies on cd-rom at media day. As for the "paper" copies I believe they are still in the process of finishing them up.

Is it online at all? Or just for the media?

And how the hell can we not have it ready for our own Media Day? I mean that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard?

You can read it online on the Official Website. I wan the paper copy on my front-porch.

Nice Trojan

I have been wondering the same thing. Still nothing in my mailbox. Sure would be nice to be able to read before the season starts. I also would like to read it wearing my GoTroyTrojans.com Tshirt. Any news on those yet?

Media Guide is available online at:

As for getting it in the Mail...I've been trying to get up with RH the past two days. With the season so close, it's kinda tough with them running here and running there. I'll get up with him tomorrow and let you all know about the bound addition.

Hope you have DSL. That thing is 16.3 megabytes!

I've got both electronic and paper guides. The paper guide came in the mail today. BTW, it's dedicated to "Big AL" Lucas

Troy87, did you order yours or are you a Trojan Club member?

I spoke with RH today. He stated that he only sends out to the Media. All others for those specific ticket holders should have been shipped late last week from Jackie Farmer in the Ticket Office.

FYI... our men's basketball media guide wasn't ready until late December last year even though the season had started a month earlier. Most top notch D1 athletic programs have pre-season information on new players and team prospects way before the season begins, much less before Media Day. What's going on?

today in the mail. The dadgum NCAA has restricted them to 208 pages so it looks a little thin compared to last year.

I looked at it online. Looked pretty good to me.

They credited me with photos, but never responded to my offer of pictures from last season.

It looks like they used a few of my old pictures and maybe even a couple of newer ones, but I was disapponted that they did not show any interest in shots of the Missouri and other games - especially of the Louissant run, Palladium slosh and Missouri goal post party.

I saw none of those pictures (from anyone) in the book.

Got mine yesterday. It does seem weird being smaller this year but still looks good.

I live in Troy, how can I not have one?
