The Troy preview reads like a horror story.

Where do these comments originate? Have we heard any of this before?

Have coaches said these things publicly? Where is any attribution for this crap?

True freshman D.T. McDowell provided some signs of hope late, but academic troubles are likely to sideline him for the '05 season.

Kenny Cattouse was a high school legend in New Jersey, but his blocking skills and other intangibles are nonexistent.

Meadows seems to keep his mistakes to a minimum, but he won't exactly wow anyone with his talent.

Over at receiver, the departure of Jason Samples leaves no deep threat and a world of trouble.

It's news to me.
