In the only other SunBelt Conference game today, the Ragin' Cajuns are falling to their knees in Idaho. That means that both of those teams may have two conference losses. That leaves UNT with no losses (somebody needs to help us there) and four teams with one loss. After today, there can only be 3 teams with one loss and the winner of the TROY-ASU game will be tied with NMSU as the only two teams with a 2-1 record in conference play.
I did not expect ULL to lose to Idaho today, but it was the only game outside our own that impacted SunBelt standings, and it fell in a favorable way for us.
Now it is our turn to knock the Indians down to 1-2 in the conference.
