View Full Version : Games in Huntsville next week?

Gonna try to see the TROJAN games at UAH and Alabama A&M next week.??? I understand its Tuesday and Wednesday. Can someone give me the Times and where the games will be played in Huntsville, on campus or downtown etc. ?? I'm not sure where the fields are located but have been on each campus before.
I hope the weather is suitable. I think we are expecting some rain and cool temps. up this way.

The UAH Game is at 6:00 on Tuesday at Joe Davis and the A&M game is at 2:00 on Wednesday at A&M. I will be there.

Where is the baseball field at A&M? I don't think I've ever been there. I was over near A&M today and took a quick spin through the campus and I swear I didn't see anything that looked like the diamond. It must be away from the main campus???? Can you help me out?

p.s. Never mind, I just looked on the A&M site and realized its adjacent to Lewis Crews Stadium. I couldn't remember ever seeing the baseball field over in that area. GO TROJANS!

Hopefully we will be able to get the game in Tuesday. The weather may not cooperate. I know if we don't play it that it probably will not be made up.

There is already one game (Auburn) that needs to be made up. You can beat that Troy will do all it can to get that game rescheduled. Any other canceled games would likely not be rescheduled.

We need to sit behind the first base dugout. UAH usually is in the third base dugoutLook for the group in Cardinal. I will be bringing at least 6 people.

I noticed on the UAH athletics' webpage that admission to the baseball game tomorrow night (Wednesday) is free (as well as free parking). MetLife Financial Services is sponsoring the game and is making this possible.

For those of you going to the game and not familiar with Huntsville, Joe Davis Stadium is not on UAH's campus. This is the Huntsville Stars 10,200 seat stadium.

Thanks for the info. It was raining hard this a.m. but looks nice now.. but I understand we are in for some more rain later tonight.
How about the game with A&M on Wed. at 2:00?
Are they playing A&M and then busing over to Joe Davis for the night cap? Great place to play Baseball.

According to Troy athletic dept.'s latest news release, the A&M game will still be played at 2:00, and afterwards the team will bus over to Davis Stadium to play UAH.

15-11 over UAH in a error filled game....didnt catch the A&M score but Barry did say thats 6 wins in a row so I'm assuming that was a win also

Watched the UAH game ... tons of errors but still managed to pull it out. GO TROY! Finished the game (7-9 innings) on the web through the UAH web site... I guess no one at Troy was webcasting the game due to spring break?

What happened to Live Audio... or is this simply a Football thing?

It's called "they don't know their rear from a whole in the ground." To expect the sports info department or the network to carry all the games online would be too much. We're lucky they can even turn the computers on! I am so disappointed in the entire department.

Yup - have to agree with markus. its wishful thinking anymore to get that department to try to do things that we have all gotten acustom to. Which is a shame - cause I love listening to the games on the net - ecspcially baseball and basketball.

if the game was on the radio I belive it was on the internet.
if the Troy site doesnt have a link go to WTBF webstie (www.wtbf947.com I belive) and listen there.

and I belive the its a "hole" in the ground. But what do I know? Im an idiot :evil:
