Anyone have any info on the conference tournament? Is it at Belmont again? Dates? Are we assured of making it? Is there a team hotel if we do?
Just curious.

Is it at Belmont again? Yes, the tournament is once again at Belmont

Dates? March 3-5 (Thursday - Saturday)

Are we assured of making it? The only team that is in for sure at this point is Gardner-Webb. If we can beat Lipscomb on Thursday, we are in the tournament.

Is there a team hotel if we do? No "official" hotel has been announced as of yet.

Wow this conference sucks.

Just realizing how poorly this thing is put together. I'm sure they're banking on Lipscomb and Belmont both selling it out - and I hope that they both lose in the quarterfinals (if LU even makes it)

No marketing, no sending tickets to each schools box office to sell, and now not even an official hotel. This isn't a "premier conference tournament" this is a bunch of games in one gym. If there wasn't an automatic bid - I bet half the teams wouldn't even bother attending this "invitational."

Ugh. It's Nashville - they should be able to incorporate the city and sell every game out. Heck, Vince Gill goes to the games- get him to sing at halftime or something. Even Campbell can find kids to do karate at the intermission.

Should we make it which I hope we do because I could use a couple of days off work. The team Hotel is always the Sheraton Downtown.
