Coach Blakeney's comments about "free blood" inside Jordan seems serious. Does anyone know how is he doing? And as for injury updates, how is the player that suffered that serious leg injury at North Texas last year?

I am not aware of Jordan's condition. The player who suffered the leg injury to whom you refer is jermaine Richardson. He is the two-deep running back, and is doing very well. Incidentally, I'm not sure, but didn't Jermaine injure himself at Kansas State?

He is on the team, but I am not sure whether he capable of playing at this point in time.

The guy who had the bad leg injury was Zsan Robinson. He was hurt at North Texas last year. Zsan is listed on the roster although he does not suit up. Doing ok and able to walk from what I last heard.

Jermaine Richardson ended last season with an ACL injury at UAB. Has he re-injured himself?

Richardson suffered that injury in the Marshall Game at Troy.

My mistake...Ronnie Harper injured his knee at UAB. I think that Richardson did as well, but it wasn't major and he was back for the Marshall game, where he suffered the season-ending injury.

Jermaine hurt his knee the first time at UAB in 2002, then hurt again in 2003 vs. Marshall.

Jordan has a few small incisions on his abdomen from a relatively minor surgery. He did have his appendix removed, and it is good for us that we have the week off to get him back for the Arkansas State game. Depending on how quickly he can get back will determine whether or not TE Munson (caught TD pass against Utah State) will redshirt this year. Zsan is doing extremely well considering the severity of his injury. He does not play now, but hopes to be able to play next year, which would be nothing short of a miracle.
