I bet LB and the boys wish they could play New Mexico State again. I am positive it would be a difference outcome.
I can't say I didn't predict the "L". I knew it would be a letdown game, and the Aggies certainly brought us down to earth. :roll:

The question is, were they in the bottom ten when we played them? Or did they get there after they lost the past two weeks and we won??

They entered the Bottom 10 this week, I believe.

That is worse, because it means that the fact that they beat us was not enough to warrant keeping them out of the bottom heap. Doesn't speak highly of TROY. We have got to exorcise that demon by winning the rest of our Sunbelt games this year (and maybe even winning on in Death Valley).

Troy's loss to NMSU was a fluke; NMSU is not a good football team. They seem to find a way to lose each year in the SBC; now they will do it in the WAC.

You guys are really good, but you will lose at ASU in two weeks!

I see that Arkansas State is on the current "waiting list" for the Bottom 10.

Not too long ago, my dad told me something that I've never forgotten. It helps me out in situations like this...

"On any given day, any given team can beat any other given team."

That is very believable and we should stop worrying about that loss and focus on winning the rest of the season.

Thank-you FRED....We can beat each and every team on our schedule...I have said all season that for the first time since the move up there is not a team on our schedule that I didn't think we had the ablity to beat.
Yeah..we lost to New Mexico State and South Carolina...We need to forgot that and move on to the next game against Arkansas State. Can we beat them? year of course we can.. Should we overlook them? not in this lifetime.

My predicition is that we will be in New Orleans playing UAB in the bowl game on Dec. 14th.

Lets win against Arkansas State and get on with it.
