They are:

Chuck Beddingfield – Executive Associate Director for Athletics Development – The Citadel
Since joining the athletics staff at The Citadel in 2002 he has been charged with directing a $45 million
facilities fundraising project. He also oversees the marketing, media relations and corporate sponsorship programs for The Citadel.
His athletics experience includes stops at Mississippi State University (2000-02) as Associate A.D. for External Operations and Executive Director of the Bulldog Club, Iowa State University (1997-2000) as Associate A.D. for Development and Marketing and Oklahoma State University (1991-97) as Assistant A.D. for Development.
His non-athletics experience includes First Citizens Bank of North Carolina (1986-91) as Vice President
and Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney (1982-86) and an Investment Broker.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Appalachian State University in 1974 and his Master of Education
from Iowa State in 1999.
Mr. Beddingfield is scheduled to be on the Troy University campus on Monday, December 13.

Dr. Sheahon Zenger – Associate Director of Athletics for Development – Kansas State University
Has served in his current capacity at KSU since January, 2002, and is primarily responsible for a $63
million capital campaign, as well as implementing Kansas State’s new donor based seating program, which
resulted in 2,500 new donors and $1.2 million in annual giving to the department.
He has served on the athletics staff at Kansas State since 2000, moving from Director of Development, to
Assistant A.D. for Major Gifts to his current position. His athletics experience includes stops at the University of Wyoming (1997-99) as assistant football coach, the University of South Florida (1996) as assistant football coach, and at Kansas State University (1989-92) as assistant football coach and as Director of Football Operations.
His non-athletics experience includes the University of Kansas (1995-96) as Administrative Intern to the
Executive Vice Chancellor and editor of American Football Quarterly (1993-95).
He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Kansas State in 1988 and his Master of Journalism/Mass
Communications from KSU in 1992. He completed his Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Leadership at the University of Kansas in 1996.
Dr. Zenger is scheduled to be on the Troy University campus on Tuesday, December 14.

Mr. Steve Dennis – Associate Director of Tigers Unlimited – Auburn University
A long-time member of the Auburn football coaching staff, he has served as Associate Director of Tigers
Unlimited since February of 2003. He coached defensive backs and special teams for the Tigers from 1985-93 and returned to coach tight ends in 2002.
His other athletics experience includes coaching defensive backs and special teams at the University of Georgia from 1993-96. He served on the football coaching staff at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga from 1981-85.
His non-athletics experience includes working in sales, promotions and marketing for Great Southern
Wood from 1997-2000. He also served as Vice President of Cleveland Brothers Construction from 2000-02.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Georgia in 1978.
Mr. Dennis is scheduled to be on the Troy University campus on Wednesday, December 15.

Mack Rhoades – Executive Senior Associate Athletics Director – The University of Texas at El Paso
Has served on the athletics staff at UTEP in a variety of capacities since 1998. His current duties include oversight of all fund raising, marketing, media relations, licensing, television and radio and season ticket sales.
His athletics experience also includes stops at Marquette University (1997-98) as Athletic Advancement Officer, and Yale University (1995-96) as Athletic Marketing Assistant.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona in 1993 and his Master of Sport
Management/Marketing from Indiana University in 2002.
Mr. Rhoades is scheduled to be on the Troy University campus on Thursday, December 16.
